presentations
For small or large numbers of participants gathering simultaneously to convey information, enthusiasm, and knowledge to generate interest. Questions are entertained at the culmination of the presentation.
Seminars
Set up to help learners contribute to the content by brainstorming, reflecting, and preparing to speak as individuals about pre-allocated topics. After the designated time, topics are open for discussion.
workshops
Designed for 6-10 groups of individuals (6-8 per group) Interacting; Answering questions as a group; Participating in exercises; Discussing and presenting a finished product; and Presenting finished product assigned.

Sessions include participants reviewing case studies, mentoring, consultation and coaching, through collaboration and evaluation.
